How long is skin cancer considered early stage

In my country, the incidence of skin cancer is very high, and this disease is mainly concentrated in female friends. When suffering from skin cancer, it will not only affect the endocrine function of the skin, but also affect the patient's appearance. So how long is the early stage of skin cancer and what are the symptoms? Let's listen to the editor to explain to you.

1. Squamous cell carcinoma is often transformed from keratosis, leukoplakia and other precancerous diseases. It grows quickly and usually forms ulcers in the early stage of the disease within three to five months. Some are nodular or cauliflower-shaped, with less deep invasion and a movable base; some are butterfly-shaped, with more obvious deep infiltration and great destructiveness, often involving bones. Squamous cell carcinoma is often accompanied by purulent infection, accompanied by foul odor and pain.

2. Basal cell carcinoma is often asymptomatic at the onset. In the early stage, it is mostly plaque-like papules with hard bases, and some are wart-like protrusions, which then break down into ulcers. They are irregular, with raised edges, like craters, and uneven bottoms, and grow slowly. Metastasis is rare, and the ulcers are shallowly ulcerated with translucent nodules on the edges, which then gradually expand and can erode surrounding tissues and organs, becoming erosive ulcers.

3. Malignant melanoma: This is a highly malignant skin cancer that metastasizes quickly. The prevalence rate in Western countries is very high, and the mortality rate is also very high. Chinese people have more pigments in their skin, which provides better protection against ultraviolet rays. At the same time, they also pay more attention to sun protection in their daily lives, so malignant melanoma is relatively rare in China. Since melanoma is black in color, it is easier to find. Therefore, if black spots are found on the nails, nail beds, soles of feet, palms or other parts of the body, and they have expanded significantly in the near future and are prone to ulceration, or half of the nail has turned black, you should be alert and go to the hospital for examination in time.

The above content has clearly introduced the early symptoms of skin cancer. I hope that through this introduction, it can provide some feasible suggestions to the majority of female friends. It is recommended that female friends do not abuse cosmetics in daily life and pay attention to skin cleanliness, so as to avoid skin cancer.
