How to deal with pimples between teeth?

Brush your teeth with warm water and rinse your mouth with tooth powder. Before brushing your teeth in the morning and evening, dip the toothbrush in water and shake it dry. Apply an appropriate amount of tooth powder and Yuchisan and brush your teeth for 2-3 minutes, then rinse your mouth with clean water. Use once daily in the morning and evening.

It is best to eat warm food. Do not eat foods that are too sour or too sweet, because teeth are best metabolized in an oral temperature of 35℃-36℃ and a weakly acidic environment with a pH of around 6.8. Eating foods that are too cold or too hot, with a large temperature difference, or irritating foods that are too sour or too sweet, will cause toothache.

Brush your teeth regularly with a desensitizing or acid-resistant toothpaste. Both of these toothpastes contain fluoride, which can prevent teeth from dephosphorizing and decalcifying in an acidic environment, and has the effects of anti-acid, anti-aging, and relieving pain.

Rub garlic to relieve pain. For those with severely worn teeth and clear painful areas, you can rub the sensitive areas repeatedly with raw garlic, 1-2 times a day, 1-2 minutes each time. After 1-2 weeks, the pain will be significantly reduced or disappear.
