What foods should I eat for severe constipation?

Take 30 grams of jellyfish and 4 water chestnuts, boil them in water and drink it. In addition to being used for chronic cough and thick sputum, it is also suitable for people with dry stools.

6. Spinach: 200 grams, blanch in boiling water for about 4 minutes, remove from the pot, mix with sesame oil, and eat once in the morning and evening. It is beneficial to the five internal organs and regulates the qi, and has the effect of moistening the intestines and relieving constipation.

7.
