What should I do if I often have oral ulcers? This is what you should do for oral ulcers

Oral ulcer is a common oral disease. There are many types of oral ulcers. Recurrent oral ulcers will recur repeatedly, causing unbearable pain. Oral ulcers will seriously affect normal speech and diet, and will also affect normal life. If you have oral ulcers, you must keep your mouth clean and avoid eating spicy foods.

The recurring attacks of oral ulcers in humans are medically known as "recurrent oral ulcers." Recurrent oral ulcers can occur throughout the year and can appear in any part of the oral mucosa, but are more common on the lips, cheeks and tongue. They mostly occur in young and middle-aged people, and more often in women than in men.

Home Care for Mouth Ulcers

Hydrogen Peroxide

You can use diamine hydrogen peroxide, which contains hydrogen peroxide and glycerol. The hydrogen peroxide releases oxygen and removes bacteria, the oxygen bubbles into the tiny crevices, and the glycerin coats the ulcer and protects it.

Gargle with potassium chlorate

You can add 1 teaspoon of potassium chlorate to 1 cup of water and gargle with this solution several times a day to treat oral ulcers. But do not swallow.

Try black tea bags

Apply a moistened black tea bag to the ulcer. Black tea contains tannic acid, which has an astringent effect and is also a good analgesic.

Rinse your mouth with diluted hydrogen peroxide

Dilute 1 tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide in 1 cup of water and gargle with this solution to prevent oral ulcer infection and speed up recovery.

Using alum can prevent the infection from getting worse

Alum is the active ingredient in hemostatic drugs and can be used in the early stages of oral ulcers. Alum is an antiseptic and analgesic that can prevent the infection from getting worse, but it will not eliminate canker sores.

Rinse with magnesium oxide

Magnesium oxide can form a protective layer on the surface of oral ulcers and also has an antibacterial effect.

Mouthwash with Goldenseal

Make a strong tea from goldenseal root and use it as a mouthwash. Or make it into a paste and apply it directly on the ulcer, which has good results.
