How is fat formed?

There is fat on the human body. A lot of the fat is thick and there is a lot of it. This is caused by not paying attention to diet for a long time. When some hypertrophy appears on a person's body, most of the time it is caused by long-term drinking, malnutrition, or careless diet.

1: Long-term alcohol abuse is the number one killer of liver damage. This is because after alcohol enters the human body, it is mainly metabolized in the liver. The toxicity of alcohol to liver cells causes liver cells to hinder the decomposition and metabolism of fatty acids, causing fat deposition in the liver and resulting in fatty liver. The more you drink, the more serious the fatty liver will be. It can also induce liver fibrosis and then cause cirrhosis.

2. Overnutrition: Long-term intake of excessive animal fat, vegetable oil, protein and carbohydrates, these foods cannot be fully utilized in the body, and the excess nutrients are converted into fat and stored, leading to obesity, hyperlipidemia and fatty liver.

3: Malnourished and obese people are prone to fatty liver, but that doesn’t mean thin people won’t get fatty liver. Clinically, it is often found that some people are very thin but also suffer from fatty liver. This is due to long-term malnutrition, lack of protein and vitamins, which can also cause nutritional deficiency fatty liver. For example, due to chronic intestinal diseases, long-term anorexia, dieting, vegetarianism, malabsorption syndrome and gastrointestinal bypass surgery, hypoproteinemia, lack of bile alkaloids, amino acids or lipophilic substances may occur, resulting in fat accumulation in the liver and formation of fatty liver.

4. Chronic diseases such as diabetes, hepatitis, hyperthyroidism, severe anemia, etc. Due to insufficient insulin, diabetic patients' body's utilization of glucose is reduced. In order to replenish energy, the fatty acids in the body increase significantly. These fatty acids cannot be fully utilized, which will cause hyperfat synthesis in the liver, thus causing fatty liver. 60% of obese patients will develop diabetes, and their rate of fatty liver is twice that of people without diabetes.
