What to do if your teeth are calcified?

Tooth calcification will also affect the overall appearance of teeth, so we need to understand the correct response and solution. We should pay attention to brushing our teeth correctly and choose a more suitable toothpaste. Even if we don’t brush our teeth after meals, we should rinse our mouths in time.

1. After brushing your teeth with fluoride toothpaste, rinse your mouth with the foam for two or three minutes, let the foam flow between your lips and teeth, and then spit it out. At this time, fluoride ions dissolve in the foam and are easily absorbed by the teeth, especially in tiny cavities. Do not swallow accidentally. I used this method to get rid of the plaque in my mouth, and it also strengthened my fragile teeth.

2. Brushing method: Use horizontal brushing method for the chewing surface and vertical brushing method for the inner and outer surfaces of the teeth (i.e. tongue and cheek).

3. Use fluoride mouthwash once every three days. Mouthwash can penetrate deep into the gaps between teeth where toothpaste cannot reach, and remove tartar and plaque. No need to use more.

4. Brush your teeth after meals. If this is not possible, rinse your mouth with warm water after the meal. Do not simply rinse it and then spit it out. Instead, rinse it vigorously in your mouth 100 times. This will be effective. Also rinse your mouth after eating snacks.

5. Fluoride toothpaste has a jelly-like texture. Pay attention to the fluoride content. The national standard stipulates that the total fluoride content must be greater than or equal to 0.04% of the total weight of the toothpaste and less than or equal to 0.15%; the soluble fluoride or free fluoride must be greater than or equal to 0.04%. Generally, 0.11% is enough. If there is a lot of severe plaque, use 0.14% to 0.15%. After brushing for one month, the plaque will obviously disappear. After 3 months, the plaque will no longer be visible. Don't use whitening toothpaste, it will make your teeth brittle!

6. Dental plaque, very tiny caries, and very shallow cavities can be completely eliminated with fluoride toothpaste and do not need to be filled! Tips for preventing tooth wear: I only use a toothbrush with very fine bristles (fine filaments), which causes less damage to tooth enamel.
