How to diagnose schizophrenia?

As the name suggests, schizophrenia is a mental illness. Schizophrenia is quite scary and can cause great harm to the patient and the people around him. To identify schizophrenia, you must be aware of the symptoms of schizophrenia. Schizophrenia patients have very obvious symptoms.

1. Being depressed, pessimistic and world-weary, having no interest in anything, often being self-deprecating, self-condemning, inferior, suspicious, sad, anxious, talking little and slow to react.

2. Mental depression, complaining of headache, dizziness, insomnia and restlessness. When talking, they often talk incoherently, have a beginning but no end, are fragmented, or they are endlessly talking, or they don't answer questions, or they like to use new words and characters of their own making, which makes people confused.

3. Patients with mild schizophrenia have wild thoughts and daydreams all day long. The contents of delusions are often bizarre and absurd, such as believing out of thin air that someone has put poison in the food, or that other people's coughing, spitting, scratching the head, etc. are some kind of "special signals" to take action against them; some believe that they are loved by others and often entangled with the other party; some feel that their thoughts, behaviors, and bodies are controlled by radio waves and instruments, etc.

4. He shouts all day long, talks to himself, and even speaks incoherent sentences. His emotions and words are often inconsistent. For example, he says someone wants to hurt him, but his face shows that he is very happy. Or he gets furious over trivial matters.

5. Schizophrenics tend to talk incoherently. The introduction is inconsistent with the conclusion, especially in young patients. Normal speech follows a trajectory of thought activity, and there are logical connections between various ideas and observers. In contrast, people with schizophrenia often speak with scattered associations, with their thoughts shifting from one line of thought to another, with the result that their speech becomes increasingly off-topic. In severe cases, the sentences become unrelated.
