How to quickly cure oral ulcers caused by heat?

Oral ulcers are a common disease that can occur in people of all ages. There are many causes, and getting angry is one of the important ones. If you have oral ulcers caused by excessive heat in your heart, you should pay attention to diet adjustment, or you can use folk remedies to treat them, which will heal faster.

1. Apply vitamin B2

Grind vitamin B2 into fine powder, mix it with appropriate amount of sesame oil to make a thin paste, and apply it to the surface of the ulcer, 4 to 6 times a day. It has good effects such as being non-bitter, non-astringent, fragrant, non-irritating, and analgesic.

2. Apply vitamin C

Grind vitamin C into powder. If it is a small ulcer, just apply a small amount to the affected area. If the ulcer is large, you should first gently scrape off the exudate from the ulcer surface, and then apply the powder. Take the medicine 2 to 3 times a day. For small ulcers, it can be cured after 1 to 2 times of medication. For large ulcers, it can be cured after 2 to 3 times of medication. The pain can be significantly relieved and the ulcer surface can be healed in 2 to 3 days.

3. Gargle with raw radish juice

Take 2 raw radishes and a piece of fresh lotus root, wash and mash them, squeeze out the juice and remove the residue. Gargle with the juice 3 times a day. Use it for 4 days in a row to see the effect.

4. Apply Bingpengsan

Bingpengsan clears away heat, detoxifies, reduces swelling and relieves pain. Used for sore throat, swollen and painful gums, and mouth ulcers caused by accumulation of heat and toxicity. Apply Bingpengsan powder to the affected area. It will be effective after 1 to 2 times. If oral ulcers are severely infected and there are systemic symptoms such as fever, it should be used under the guidance of a doctor.

5. Apply Yunnan Baiyao powder

Dip a sterilized cotton swab in Yunnan Baiyao powder and apply it to the affected area. It will usually heal after 3 days of use.

6. Apply honey

Honey can clear away heat and detoxify, promote tissue regeneration, and has a good therapeutic effect on oral ulcers caused by increased internal heat after work fatigue or staying up late. Wash your mouth clean, then use a sterilized cotton swab to apply an appropriate amount of honey on the ulcer surface. Swallow it along with the saliva after 15 minutes. Repeat the application several times a day.
