1. Granular stool is a type of constipation.

From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, constipation is caused by spleen and qi deficiency. I use food to adjust spleen deficiency and qi deficiency. Qi-replenishing foods: dates, cowpeas. Foods that nourish the spleen and promote bowel movements: peanuts, soybeans, dates (diabetics cannot eat dates, but can boil date pits in water, and then use the water to cook porridge), add 10 grams each of peanuts and soybeans (peanuts and soybeans are high in calories, diabetics should not eat too much), add 1 tael of millet and 5 grams of wolfberry to cook porridge. It not only guarantees the needs of the human body, but also plays a role in diuresis, detoxification and elimination of waste in the body.

3. Radish

Also known as radish, it is divided into different varieties such as white skin, green skin and red skin. It can be eaten raw or cooked. Its VC content is 10 times that of pear. It contains enzymes that work together with VC, and contains interferon inducers. It has antiviral and anti-cancer effects. Eating raw radish is spicy, sweet and cool in nature. It has the effects of eliminating stagnation, resolving phlegm and relieving fever, detoxifying, etc. It is effective for bronchitis and cough. The lignin and spicy substances it contains have anti-cancer effects, and it is rich in vitamin C. Radish can laxative, antibacterial, prevent the formation of gallstones, lower cholesterol, and prevent hypertension and coronary heart disease. Eating raw radish can help with constipation, eat about half a pound.

4. Eat raw cabbage heart

Cabbage is a popular dish. It is slightly cold in nature, sweet in taste, and has the function of detoxifying, removing heat, and promoting digestion. People who suffer from irritability, thirst, constipation, and yellow and scanty urine can eat cabbage regularly. Cabbage contains more crude fiber and vitamins A, B, and C, especially vitamin C. The cellulose in cabbage can promote the peristalsis of the intestinal wall, help digestion, and prevent dry stools. Eating cabbage hearts raw does not destroy the nutrition of cabbage and is very effective in relieving constipation. Eat half a pound of cabbage hearts each time. Whenever my mother feels that she has to defecate but can't, she will eat cabbage and drink water, and she will be able to defecate quickly.
