How to effectively treat retinal arteriosclerosis?

The occurrence of retinal arteriosclerosis makes patients very worried, so the correct method must be used in the treatment. Dietary treatment is indispensable. It is recommended to eat some Pueraria powder or supplement folic acid. At the same time, eating garlic regularly can also effectively improve these conditions.

1. Eat Pueraria powder: Grind the Pueraria powder and dry it. Take 50 grams of dry powder every morning, cook it into soup, and eat it instead of breakfast. Or you can cook 150 grams of Pueraria root and 100 grams of polished rice into porridge (cook the Pueraria root first, take the filtrate and cook it with the polished rice) instead of breakfast. You will see results if you take it regularly for 3 months. Pueraria root contains flavonoids, which can dilate cerebral blood vessels, improve cerebral blood circulation, and ensure good blood supply to the brain.

2. Supplement folic acid: Foods rich in folic acid include leafy vegetables, soybeans and orange juice. Recent studies have found that cerebral stroke, coronary heart disease, and myocardial infarction caused by arteriosclerosis are closely related to the homocysteine in the patient's plasma. Animal experiments have also confirmed that when animals were fed food supplemented with homocysteine, they were found to develop atherosclerosis several months later. Supplementing 5 mg of folic acid daily can convert homocysteine in plasma into methionine, which is beneficial to the human body, thereby preventing the occurrence and development of arteriosclerosis. You can get enough folic acid by eating 1 kilogram of green leafy vegetables or drinking a cup (400 ml) of soy milk or a glass of orange juice every day.

3. Eat garlic often: Eat more than 3 cloves of garlic with each meal, and persist in eating it for more than three months. If people in the South are afraid of the spiciness of raw garlic, they can eat it with vinegar. A patient with cerebral arteriosclerosis went to the hospital for a check-up after eating raw garlic for three consecutive months. The blood supply to the brain had improved significantly, the symptoms of dizziness disappeared, and memory also improved.

4. Eat fresh green peppers: Fresh green peppers are rich in vitamin C and capsaicin, which help prevent arteriosclerosis and thrombosis. People who often eat fresh peppers rarely suffer from cerebral thrombosis and coronary heart disease!

5. Eat pine needles: Collect young pine leaves and eat them raw, 10 to 20 grams a day, or dry the pine leaves in the shade, and use 10 grams each time to make boiled water instead of tea. Persist for more than half a year. Recent studies have found that pine needles contain flavonoids, which are strong antioxidants that can inhibit platelet aggregation, reduce lipid peroxidation, reduce smooth muscle cell proliferation, and prevent atherosclerosis and thrombosis.

6. Eat bananas: Bananas are rich in potassium, which has the effects of resisting arteriosclerosis, lowering blood pressure and protecting the heart. Bananas can moisten the intestines and promote bowel movements, and can prevent cerebrovascular accidents caused by straining during bowel movements. Eating 4 bananas a day can resist cerebral arteriosclerosis, lower blood pressure and prevent cerebral stroke.
