How to treat allergic rhinitis?

Allergic rhinitis is a common disease in daily life, especially after the spring comes and the flowers bloom. So how to treat allergic rhinitis? Many people are not very clear about this. In fact, there are 6 treatments for allergic rhinitis. The first method is to clean the nasal cavity with light salt water.

1. Clean the nasal cavity with light salt water

Use 100 ml of clean water, add 2 tablespoons of salt and mix well. Then dip a proper amount of saline solution on a cotton swab and place it in the nostrils. Raise your head slightly and press both sides of the nose with your index finger and thumb at the same time. Slowly suck the salt water through your nose, allowing the salt water to flow from your nasal cavity into your throat. Take it once in the morning and evening, and the symptoms of allergic rhinitis will be significantly improved.

2. Apply garlic paste to the nose

Wash the garlic, drain and mash it into a paste. Wrap the garlic paste with dry gauze and squeeze out the garlic juice. Drop the garlic juice into your nostrils, about 2 drops at a time. Next, press the nostrils on both sides with your hands so that the garlic juice can be evenly applied to the nostrils. People who are sensitive to garlic should not use this method to treat rhinitis.

3. Nose massage

Before massage, clean your nostrils with cold water. Then inhale slowly to allow the cold water to fully clean the nasal mucosa, and then exhale the cold water inhaled into the nose. Repeat for 1 to 3 minutes and the cleaning is complete. Use the middle fingers of both hands to massage the nose wings on both sides, about 20 times. As long as this method is adhered to for a long time, it can effectively treat allergic rhinitis.

4. Eat honeycomb

Try eating honeycomb, many friends feel much better after eating it.

5. Massage the wings of the nose

Use your thumbs to massage back and forth on both sides of the nose to help the nose ventilate. Do this 200 times each day before getting up and before going to bed.

6. Steam therapy

Pour boiling water into a cup and take a deep breath through your nose into the cup. This is steam therapy. It is very effective if you do it whenever you have time every day.

It should be noted that although allergic rhinitis is not a serious disease, it can affect our lives and work. At the same time, severe deterioration can cause more diseases. Therefore, it must not be easily ignored and must be treated with attention.
