How to correct myopia?

There are more and more people suffering from myopia now. How to correct myopia? There are many reasons for myopia, but generally speaking it is due to incorrect way of using eyes. If you want to correct it, you must use your eyes correctly, do eye exercises frequently, let your eyes get a good rest, don't overuse your eyes, and when your eyes are tired, close your eyes in time to let it rest, so as to correct myopia.

Myopia is a type of refractive error. There are two main reasons for the formation of myopia: internal and external factors. Internal factors refer to the heredity of myopia. External factors mainly include working environment and physical quality. The incidence of myopia is more common in cities than in rural areas, and more common in precision industries than in general industries. The incidence of myopia is particularly high among students and intellectuals.

In addition to genetics, physical factors are mainly related to malnutrition. The lack of one or more important nutrients during the growth and development of the eyes makes the eye tissue more fragile. Under the influence of environmental factors, the sclera of the eye wall is prone to expand, thereby lengthening the anterior-posterior axis of the eye and causing myopia. Most myopic children have the habit of eating snacks and being picky eaters. They mostly eat refined grains and fast foods, which lack nutrients or have their nutrients destroyed. At the same time, their diet lacks high-quality protein foods and coarse grains such as milk, eggs, milk, fish, meat, and chicken. The more types of food that are lacking and the greater the total amount, the higher the incidence and degree of myopia.

The formation of myopia is related to diet. Most myopic patients have low blood calcium and vitamin A deficiency. Most adolescent myopic patients have low serum protein, blood calcium and hemoglobin. After suffering from myopia, you should supplement more vitamins A, B, and vitamins and trace elements such as calcium, chromium, and zinc, and eat less candy and high-sugar foods.
