Subcision is a skin surgery treatment method. Subcision lysis is also mainly used to repair certain specific areas, including repairing acne pits, etc. It can improve the quality of our skin and alleviate skin problems that many people have. Methods/Steps

First, assess the type of acne scars on your face. There are three types of acne scars: ice chip type, roller type, and carriage type. However, subcutaneous separation is only suitable for roller type, followed by the deeper carriage type.

Apply compound lidocaine cream on the skin surface. You can apply the medicine 1 hour after the operation, which can relieve the pain.

Local disinfection of skin lesions. First wipe the acne pits with iodine, then deiodine with 75% alcohol to ensure sterile operation.

Perform subcutaneous dissection. Use a disposable or high-temperature and high-pressure sterilized peeling needle to peel the tissue in a fan-shaped manner.

Apply medicine after surgery. After subcutaneous separation, apply growth factor and antibiotic ointment.

Precautions

Do not get the sting area exposed to water within 24 hours after treatment, and do not apply makeup (including sunscreen, isolation, BB cream, etc.) within one week.

It is not recommended to consume alcohol, seafood, or spicy food one week after treatment.

It is not recommended to expose the treated area to high temperature environments (sauna, hot springs, sunbathing, etc.) or extremely cold environments (skiing, mountain climbing, winter swimming, etc.) before recovery after surgery.
