What to do if nipple pimples are very painful

Female friends will be very nervous when they find acne on their breasts, because the breasts will not easily have any skin problems. However, it should be noted that if the breast skin is not properly cared for, the sensitive breast skin will also have clogged hair follicles and cause acne. In fact, most breast acne is caused by endocrine and blood stagnation, which can be regulated and treated with some simple and effective methods.

Causes of acne on breasts

In fact, the main reasons for acne on the breasts are diet, accelerated pace of life, increased pressure, long-term mental stress and depression. As the pace of life quickens, people's psychological burden increases, leading to emotional disorders. Acne on the breast may be caused by breast fibroids.

Traditional medicine believes that the main cause of breast fibroids is due to emotional injury, liver qi stagnation, or worrying about the spleen, which causes the spleen to lose its healthy function and phlegm to accumulate. This results in both liver and spleen being injured, and phlegm and qi becoming stagnant and forming lumps.

Therefore, long-term consumption of spicy and stimulating foods, as well as consumption of some animals and plants containing hormones such as "auxin" that stimulate growth. These reasons are closely related to endocrine disorders, so maintaining a good mood and a reasonable diet are the key to preventing breast fibroids.

Symptoms: There are often no obvious symptoms in the early stages, or only mild breast pain, which is mostly dull or lackluster, and a few are needle-like pains. Acne on the breasts is often intermittent and limited to the lesions, and the pain does not change with the menstrual cycle. In the late stage, when the cancer invades the nerves, the pain becomes more severe and may radiate to the shoulder and arm on the same side.

How to deal with breast fibroids correctly:

Breast fibroids have little to do with breast cancer and their rate of malignant transformation is also very low. However, during pregnancy, fibroids may suddenly grow larger and become sarcomas. Women over 40 years old, especially those who develop fibroids during menopause and after menopause, have an increased risk of malignant transformation. Patients with cystic breast hyperplasia who also suffer from breast fibroids will also increase their risk of cancer. Once breast fibroids are discovered, they must be treated promptly.

Breast fibroma is usually solitary, round or oval in shape, with a smooth surface, clear boundaries, and can be pushed. It is not adhered to the skin and deep tissues, and the axillary lymph nodes are not enlarged. It generally grows slowly and is painless or causes only slight bloating or dull pain. Patients may not feel anything at ordinary times. Since the pain caused by breast fibroids has nothing to do with the menstrual cycle, it is easy to distinguish it from breast hyperplasia.
