Can blackheads be squeezed? What is the correct method?

Many friends see a lot of blackheads growing on their noses, and they squeeze them with their fingers, hoping to squeeze the blackheads out, but this method is wrong. Blackheads and pimples can be squeezed, but professional tools are required to avoid damaging the skin.

How to squeeze blackheads

1. Guide

Blackheads can be protruding outside or concave inside, and direct nose patches can only stick to a few blackheads exposed outside, while the blackheads inside are difficult to remove. If you want to make the blackheads float out, you need to use a extraction fluid. The main function of the extraction fluid is to soften the stratum corneum, expand the pores, and make the blackheads float out.

The usage is very simple. Just dip the extract into the nose and rub it thoroughly. Then look in the mirror and watch the blackheads emerge from the skin.

2. Pull

When the blackheads emerge from the skin, the next step is to remove them. You can use beauty tweezers or your hands. Of course, the most scientific method is to use a softened nose patch. A softened nose patch causes less damage to the skin, and because the nose patch covers all corners, it can remove blackheads more comprehensively.

3. Collect

Removing old blackheads does not mean that new blackheads will not grow. Through the previous guidance and extraction, the old blackheads have been removed. At this time, the pores are in an empty state. Not only can external bacteria and dust easily enter, but the sebaceous glands of the skin will also be stimulated to secrete oil. Therefore, it is particularly important to tighten the pores after removing blackheads. Choosing astringent skin care products with soothing and bactericidal functions can effectively prevent the secondary growth of blackheads.

Baking Soda to Remove Blackheads

Mix baking soda and water in a ratio of 1:2, throw a piece of cotton pad into it and soak it for three minutes, and apply the soaked cotton pad with some baking soda on your nose. After 10 minutes, rub with clean cotton.

Salt + milk to remove blackheads

First, take 4-5 drops of milk and mix them with salt, let the salt be in a semi-dissolved state, and then start using it to massage the nose. Do not use too much force when massaging. Massage until the salt dissolves, then rinse with clean water.
