How to recover from pseudomyopia, a good way to restore vision

Many children nowadays do not have the correct posture when studying. Coupled with their habit of watching TV and playing with mobile phones, it is easy to damage their eyesight and cause pseudomyopia. At this time, they should pay attention to their diet, pay attention to their eyes, and seek timely examination and treatment.

1. What to do with pseudomyopia? How to restore vision?

1. Pay attention to your diet, especially for teenagers. Try not to be picky about food, otherwise it will lead to an imbalance in nutritional structure and affect vision. We should eat more foods containing carotene and zinc to enhance the resistance and regulation of the eyes.

2. Pay attention to the lighting when reading. It should not be too dark or too bright. If it is too dark, we cannot see clearly, and if it is too bright, it may hurt our eyes. You should not read while lying down. At the same time, when reading and writing, we should pay attention to the font size. If the font is too small, we need to spend more energy to read it, which may cause increased intraocular pressure. Don’t read while walking or riding in a car. Listen to books instead. Reading on a bumpy journey will increase the strain on your eyes.

3. Pay attention to the use of eyes. After using eyes for a long time, whether reading or looking at electronic screens, we must pay attention to the distance between books and screens. It should not be too close, and the eyes should not be used continuously for more than one hour. After watching for an hour, we can do eye exercises and massage the areas around the eyes to relieve intraocular pressure. We can also look into the distance and see more green plants and so on.

4. We should not rub our eyes with our hands casually. There are a lot of bacteria on our hands, and we must avoid the occurrence of eye diseases. You should exercise more often, and you can play ball sports such as table tennis and badminton, which is conducive to the improvement of pseudomyopia.

5. Go to the hospital regularly for vision tests and actively cooperate with the doctor's treatment plan. If you persist in treating pseudomyopia for a period of time, your vision will improve.

2. Examination items for pseudomyopia

1. Visual acuity measurement: Visual acuity measurement is the most important and basic indicator for clinical and research workers in myopia.

2. Measurement of adjustment: The main observation contents are the adjustment range (near point, far point), adjustment degree (adjustment force), adjustment time (value) and adjustment fatigue phenomenon, etc. The traditional or common accommodation examination methods generally use measuring rulers, dynamic retinoscopy, needle retinoscopy, and comparison of refraction before and after ciliary muscle paralysis. They also include near point meters (near point meters), accommodation recorders, eye fatigue meters, accommodation machines, X-ray intraocular tissue radiography, and lens photography.

3. Visual stress test: After measuring the distance vision, put on the +0.5D spherical lens and measure the vision again, record the changes, and perform it monocularly. Conclusion of the experiment: Those whose eye chart readings increased or complained of being clearer than before were "improved"; those whose eye chart readings did not change were "unchanged"; those whose eye chart readings decreased or complained of being blurrier than before were "decreased".

4. Refractive examination: Like vision, refractive measurement of the human eye is the most basic content in studying myopia. There are many types of methods, the most important of which is optometry. Optometry: Optometry is actually the process of measuring the total refractive state and degree of each refractive component of the eye through a certain method. In terms of purpose, optometry can be divided into diagnostic optometry, glasses-preparing optometry and survey (epidemiological survey) optometry. From the method point of view, it can be divided into subjective optometry, objective optometry, dynamic optometry and static optometry. There are many specific methods. In addition to the traditional direct limiting mirror, computer refractometers have been around for a long time. Refractive examination in a broad sense refers to the measurement of the characteristics of each structural component that plays a role in eye refraction.

5. Fundus examination: Fundus examination is an important part of myopia research. It is necessary to use advanced technology and make full use of conventional methods.
