What should I do if my liver and gallbladder meridians are blocked?

The liver and gallbladder meridians are blocked, so conditioning work cannot be ignored. The conditioning methods must also be correct. Diet conditioning methods are also more appropriate. Mint leaf tea or old loofah and some Chinese medicine conditioning effects are relatively good. Scientific selection is recommended.

1. Three-line relaxation to open up the meridians

Lie flat on the bed, divide your body into three lines, and relax from top to bottom. The first line (on both sides): top of the head - both sides of the head - both sides of the neck - both shoulders - both upper arms - both elbows - both hands. Keep your mind on the tip of the middle finger for 1 to 2 minutes; the second line (front): face - neck - chest - abdomen - two thighs - two knees - two calves - two insteps - ten toes. Keep your mind on your toes for 1 to 2 minutes; the third line (at the back): back of the head - occipital region - backs of both calves - both heels - both soles of both feet. Keep your mind on the Yongquan point on the sole of your foot for 1 to 2 minutes.

2. Mint tea can relieve the meridians

Take 15 grams of dried mint leaves and 3 grams of green tea, pour in 1500 ml of boiling water, wait until the flavor comes out and it cools down a little, filter out the residue, add a small amount of rock sugar, or wash the fresh mint leaves, put them in a cup, and pour in boiling water directly. The ones used to make tea include peppermint, green mint and apple mint. They taste bitter and spicy, and have the effects of strengthening the stomach and unblocking the meridians. However, mint is cool in nature and cannot be taken for a long time.

3. Old loofah guides the meridians

1 old loofah, chop and fry until slightly yellow, grind into fine powder, take 10 grams each time, drink with hot water. The old loofah has tendons running through it, similar to the meridians in the human body. Use the energy of old loofah to guide the body's meridians and make qi and blood flow smoothly.

4. Warm compress with medicine

Applying ointments externally can also help dredge the meridians and promote the circulation of qi and blood. For example, Zhuifeng Zhuanggu Paste has the effects of chasing away wind and dispersing cold, promoting blood circulation and relieving pain. It is used for wind-cold and dampness, shoulder and back pain, waist soreness and weak legs, tendon and vein spasms, meridian blockage, limb numbness, joint pain, and tendon and bone weakness. When using, clean the affected area with ginger, warm it to soften it, and apply it to the affected area. Warm compress can help promote blood circulation and dredge meridians.
