(1) After scraping, the sweat pores will expand. Do not take a cold shower within half an hour. You can take a hot shower and scrape while washing.

(2) Generally, you should scrape again after the sha disappears in five to seven days. You can scrape again at other times to enhance the effect of removing the sha.

(3) Drink a cup of hot (warm) water after scraping to replenish the body's consumed fluids, promote metabolism, and accelerate the excretion of metabolic products.

(4) In addition to scraping and detoxification, targeted regulation of organ nutrition is also required.
