Why can't tinnitus patients get angry?

Patients of different age groups have different reasons for getting angry. Young and middle-aged patients are mainly angry due to heavy work and life pressure, staying up late, and lack of rest, while teenagers are mostly angry due to academic burdens, disputes with classmates, and fights.

Deaf patients cannot get angry. When a person's emotions fluctuate drastically, the secretion of adrenaline in the body will increase significantly, and the small peripheral blood vessels will spasm and contract, resulting in a decrease in blood flow to local tissues. If this change occurs in the small blood vessels of the inner ear, it will affect the physiological function of the inner ear, and hearing loss will occur.

Being upset, emotionally agitated, and irritable will change your heart rate and blood pressure, which will in turn affect the blood flow system and may lead to vasospasm. There is only one blood vessel in the ear. In this case, it is very likely to affect the blood supply to the inner ear and cause deafness.

To prevent deafness and tinnitus, you should pay attention to a light diet and eat less greasy meat; you should have good living habits and avoid excessive fatigue; people are hot-tempered in summer, so you must maintain a calm mind, avoid or reduce the number of times you get angry in summer, and control your emotions; patients with hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes should especially receive timely and standardized treatment.

Therefore, we recommend that patients with deafness and tinnitus should relax and let nature take its course no matter what happens.
