What causes nosebleeds when washing face

If you have a nosebleed when washing your face or doing anything in your daily life, you should be careful, because if the nosebleed is due to pathological reasons, the harm caused will be great. For example, dry climate, high blood pressure or side effects of arteriosclerosis may cause nosebleeds.

1. Nosebleeds are usually caused by external injuries, such as a blow to the nose. Excessively dry weather (causing the nasal membrane to crack), sudden changes in air pressure, picking the nose with fingernails, or blowing the nose too hard can also injure the nasal mucosa and cause bleeding.
