How to remove facial scars

How to remove facial scars

Due to various reasons, some people have scars of varying sizes on their faces, and these scars will affect a person's appearance and self-confidence. Therefore, we must pay attention to removing facial scars. We can massage the scar area, or gently wipe the scar area with sliced ginger.

1. For scars that have just been formed and have just shed blood scabs, massage is a good choice. Massage can promote blood circulation, remove blood stasis, and dredge muscles and bones. Massage is simple, easy, free, and effective. Specific operation method: Gently rub the scar at the base of your palm, 3 times a day, each time for about 10 minutes.

2. To treat acne caused by excessive oil, you can cut potatoes into thin slices and place them directly on the blemished skin. Remove and wash after 15 minutes. This can remove dead cells and reduce facial puffiness, and is suitable for oily and acne-prone skin.

3. Slice fresh ginger, gently rub the scar with the ginger slices, then apply the ginger slices to the scar area for a while, then remove and replace it with a new piece, repeat two or three times. You can do this once or twice a day and keep doing it to remove the scars. Because ginger has the effect of inhibiting the growth of granulation tissue, thereby weakening scar formation and growth.

4. Notes

In terms of diet, irritating foods such as alcohol, chili, lamb, raw garlic, mustard, coffee, etc. can also promote scar growth.

When the wound is healing, it will feel itchy. Using scratching, hot water washing, rubbing clothes and other methods to relieve the itching will stimulate the local capillary dilation and granulation tissue proliferation to form scars, so do not scratch the wound when it is healing.

The summer sun is hot and abundant, and new skin is tender and cannot resist the ultraviolet radiation in the sun, so it is easy to form pigmentation, so sun protection is also a key point.
