Pure water soaking: first wash the sea cucumber with clean water, then soak it in clean water for 8 hours until the sea cucumber becomes soft, then change to clean water and boil it slowly for 5 minutes, then simmer it off the heat for 8 hours, then use scissors to cut open the abdomen, take out the ligament in the abdominal cavity, wash it, change to clean water and boil it slowly for 5 minutes, then simmer it off the heat for 8 hours, after cooling, soak it in pure water (you can also add ice cubes or put it in the refrigerator to keep it fresh). Repeat this three or four times to completely remove the astringency and other bad odors of the sea cucumber. The sea cucumber can be fully expanded in about two days. Generally, 500 grams of dried sea cucumbers from Zhifu Island and Kongtong Island can be shipped as 3.5-5 kilograms of smuggled goods. |
