Causes of genital ulcers

The positive rate of immune complexes in the serum reaches 60% and is related to the activity of the disease. The patient's immunoglobulin is elevated and the lymphocyte ratio is unbalanced. Substances related to the immune response, such as lymphocyte immunoglobulin and complement, can be seen in lesions around blood vessels, cerebrospinal fluid, and blood vessel walls, indicating that genital ulcers are closely related to immune disorders.
