What to do if you have an itchy throat and cough

1. Radish tea

Ingredients: 100 grams of white radish, 5 grams of tea.

5. Tremella and rock sugar soup

Ingredients: 10 grams of Tremella, 20 grams of rock sugar.

Preparation method: First remove the stems of the white fungus, pick out impurities, and soak it in cold boiled water until it swells and softens. Put the white fungus and rock sugar in a casserole, add appropriate amount of water, and simmer over low heat for 90 minutes until the white fungus is soft and the soup is thick.
