How does Traditional Chinese Medicine treat neck, shoulder, waist and leg pain?

Many of my friends have experienced pain in the neck, shoulders, waist and legs, and they all understand the pain and inconvenience it brings. There are many ways to treat neck, shoulder, waist and leg pain, and traditional Chinese medicine is one of them. With the help of traditional Chinese medicine and physical exercise, you can recover quickly.

1. Tongluo Zhuanggu Powder {for external use}, 4g of raw Strychnos nux vomica, 30g of raw white mustard seeds, 10g of raw Chuanwu, 10g of raw Caowu, 10g of Asarum, 10g of raw Arisaema, 10g of Clematis, 3.2g of camphor, 1.9g of borneol, 0.8g of Cantharides, 4g of Angelica dahurica, 0.1g of musk, 3g of raw frankincense, 3g of raw myrrh, grind the above medicines into fine powder, divide into 30g per pack for external use [highly toxic!! Strictly prohibited for internal use!!]

Main indications: rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, aseptic bone necrosis, intervertebral disc herniation, sciatica, bone hyperplasia in various parts of the body, periarthritis of the shoulder, numbness and other rheumatic diseases.

Usage: Add appropriate amount of hot water to each packet to make a thick paste. When it is no longer hot, apply it to the painful area, with a thickness of more than 0.5 cm. Then cover the paste with soft plastic film {convenient bag can be used}, and then wrap it tightly with cloth to prevent the movement of the medicine. Generally, you will feel hot after 20 minutes, and peel off the paste when the patient cannot tolerate it. Generally, it will take 60 to 90 minutes, with an interval of 10 days between each use. It usually takes effect once. Note: If the place where the medicine is applied is very hot, you can remove it in advance, which is also effective. During the medication period, you must not eat raw, cold, or greasy food, and you cannot take cold showers. This product has been observed in a large number of clinical cases and has no obvious toxic and side effects. A few people have local redness, swelling, heat, pain, and itching after applying the medicine. Generally, no special treatment is required and it will get better naturally after two or three days. You can also take oral or topical anti-allergic drugs. For patients with blisters, small blisters do not need to be treated, and large blisters can be locally disinfected and the blister fluid released without infection. According to my experience, it is effective for those with blisters.

2. Tongluo Zhuanggu Powder {oral} medicine: processed Strychnos nux vomica 0.4g, processed Chuanwu 0.5g, processed Caowu 0.5g, processed frankincense 0.2g, processed myrrh 0.2g, Corydalis 1.2g, Safflower 0.2g, Parasitic 0.2g, Stephania tetrandra 0.2g, Gastrodia elata 0.2g, Ginseng 0.2g, Panax notoginseng 0.2g, Scorpio 0.2g, Scolopendra 0.2g, Eucommia 0.2g.

Preparation method: Strychnos nux vomica is highly toxic and must be processed strictly according to the law!! Do not overcook or overcook, otherwise it is very easy to be poisoned. Processed Chuanwu and Caowu must be boiled in water for two hours, dried and used as medicine to reduce toxicity. Frankincense and myrrh are roasted with vinegar to increase efficacy. I always crush the medicines and then fry them in a large pot for better results. Crush all the above medicines and fry them until they turn yellow, weigh them, add borneol according to the weight of the medicine to borneol equal to 5 to 0.1, and then crush and put them into capsules.

Usage: Pack in size O capsules, 0.4g each [Note] Use a scale to weigh, make sure it is accurate!!

Dosage: 3 capsules each time, 3 times a day. [Note] For safety reasons, you can start with a small amount and gradually increase the amount. Generally speaking, it is safer not to exceed 5 grams a day.

[Notes]

1. Pregnant women and children are prohibited from using this product.

2. It is contraindicated for patients with rheumatic fever, body temperature above 38 degrees, and hypertension above 170/100.

3. Patients with heart disease, sequelae of cerebral hemorrhage and sequelae of cerebral thrombosis and hemiplegia should use it with caution or follow the doctor's advice.

4. A very small number of patients will experience muscle tremors after taking the medicine. They can just drink a small amount of boiled water. If the reaction is serious, treat it as strychnine poisoning.
