What can help you quit drinking?

Many people know that excessive drinking can have adverse effects on our health, but how to quit drinking more effectively requires attention to the choice of methods. The following dietary therapies can help you quit drinking to a certain extent.

1. Boil 50 grams of vinegar, 25 grams of brown sugar and 3 slices of ginger in water and take it.

2. Fresh orange can help to sober up. Take 3-5 fresh oranges or tangerines, peel them and eat them directly, or squeeze them into juice and drink. If fresh orange is not available, tomato juice will do.

3. To help sober up with hangover, take 2 to 3 pears, wash, slice and mash them into a paste. Wrap them in gauze and squeeze out the juice to drink.

4. Rice soup sobering up method: Drunk people can drink thick rice soup. Rice soup contains polysaccharides and B vitamins, which have the effect of detoxifying and sobering up. Adding white sugar to drink will have better effect.

5. Salt to sober up: If you drink too much and feel discomfort in your chest and abdomen, you can add a little salt to boiled water and drink it.

6. Sugar water sobering up method: Take an appropriate amount of white sugar and mix it with boiling water. It has the effect of sobering up and refreshing the brain.

7. Mung bean sobering up method: Take 50 grams of mung beans, 10 grams of licorice, add appropriate amount of brown sugar and boil them, which can sober you up. If you use mung beans alone to make a soup, it also has a certain effect.

Although the above solutions seem to be perfect, they are local or folk methods and are not recommended. What we recommend here are 1. 1-2 tablets of naloxone hydrochloride tablets; 2. Oral glucose powder mixed with water, drink more in moderation; 3. 6 tablets each of vitamin C tablets and vitamin B6 tablets. The three are applied simultaneously, with synergistic effects.
