The reliability of this examination can reach 90% for experienced radiologists, especially computer tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, angiography and nuclear medicine bone isotope scanning, which are faster and more convenient.

X-ray: According to the X-ray performance, the bone density around the osteosarcoma lesion increases, and periosteal reactive osteogenesis is caused.

CT and MRI: To determine whether the tumor has distant metastasis, skip metastasis, tumor invasion to the surrounding area and spread to the medullary cavity.

There are three methods for pathological tissue section examination: 1. Acupuncture sampling examination, with a success rate of 80% to 90%. 2. Incision sampling examination of the affected area; 3. Excision or scraping pathological examination.

Histopathological examination is performed by pathologists to make the final correct diagnosis based on the pathological changes in the sliced ​​tissue.
