How to brew jasmine tea?

In fact, the brewing method of jasmine tea is similar to that of other scented teas, so it mainly depends on the customer's brewing habits, taste and tea concentration. As for the number of brewing times, it is recommended to be 1 to 3 times.

1. First of all, you need to pay attention to the water used to make tea. When choosing water for making tea, the first thing to consider is that it should be sweet and clean, the second is that it should be fresh and lively, and the third is that the water should be stored properly.

2. The second is tea brewing utensils. Scented tea is usually brewed in a larger porcelain pot and then poured into porcelain cups for drinking.

3. Pay attention to the amount of tea you use. The amount of tea used is the first of the three elements of tea brewing (amount, water temperature, brewing time and number of times). There are many types of tea, and the amount of tea used when making tea varies. The size of the tea-making utensils and the habits of the tea drinkers must also be considered. When brewing black or green tea, the ratio of tea to water should be roughly 1:50 or 1:60, that is, put about 3 grams of tea leaves per cup and add 150-200 ml of boiling water.

4. Pay attention to the water temperature when making tea. When brewing various scented teas, black teas, and medium and low-grade green teas, you should use boiling water at 90-100 degrees. If the water temperature is low, less effective ingredients in the tea will be precipitated and the tea will taste lighter.

5. Pay attention to the brewing time. It is related to the time and number of times the tea is brewed. The brewing time of tea is related to the type of tea, the amount of tea used, the water temperature and the tea drinking habits.

6. The brewing time should be based on the concentration of the tea soup that suits the drinker's taste. Generally speaking, use more tea and higher water temperature. For delicate red and green broken tea, the brewing time should be short, 3-5 minutes is enough. The best brewing frequency is 1-3 times. As the brewing frequency increases, the brewing time should be appropriately extended.
