Why do I feel dizzy when I move my head?

If you feel dizzy when you move your head in daily life, you should understand the specific reason. There are many reasons for this symptom, such as anemia, poor physical constitution, and recovering from a serious illness. Of course, cervical spondylosis is also an important cause of dizziness. If there are some more serious diseases, it is also easy to cause this phenomenon, such as brain tumors, etc.

Why do I feel dizzy when I move my head?

Dizziness occurs, and you get dizzy when you move your head while lying down, and you also get dizzy when you bend over to pick up something. In this case, the possibility of cervical spondylosis cannot be ruled out. A complete cervical spine examination is needed to clarify. This situation cannot rule out vertebral basilar artery insufficiency. It still needs to be improved and clarified by transcranial Doppler examination. Only by identifying the cause can further treatment be initiated. If there are no problems in the examination, this situation is mostly related to an unhealthy lifestyle. Sitting still for a long time, maintaining the same posture for a long time while using a mobile phone or computer, or bending over a desk for a long time, staying up late, lack of sleep, and improper sleeping posture may all lead to the current symptoms.

4 methods of TCM treatment of cervical spondylosis

This method is to relax the neck and shoulder muscles to improve blood circulation in the neck and relieve or prevent cervical spondylosis.
