Can leg stretching help you grow taller?

Many teenagers use leg stretching to correct abnormal deformation of the leg bones, which helps adjust their height after correction. Stretching the legs is also good for leg health. Regular stretching can help relax the leg muscles.

1. Practice tips

1. Ready posture. Lift your right leg and place your heel on the edge of a table, stool, windowsill or bookcase, etc. Hook your right toe back with force, straighten your knee, and raise it to the same height as your abdomen. Stand on your left leg, perpendicular to the ground, with your knee straight and toes pointing forward.

Cross the fingers of both hands, press them on the right knee, and look straight ahead.

2. Practice methods. When your arms are bent at the elbows, press your upper body forward with force, look at the tip of your right toe, and pause for 1 to 2 seconds. Then, straighten your upper body and return to the original position. This counts as one straight leg stretch. Then practice for the second time. After practicing several times in a row, your right leg will feel sore and tired, so switch to the left leg to practice using the same method as above.

3. Action requirements. Keep your chest and knees straight, your back straight, and your hips upright.

You can practice this exercise 1 to 3 times a day, practicing each leg 20 to 60 times each time.

Persistent practice of leg stretches can not only increase height and fitness, but also have a significant weight loss effect on people with big abdomen, big buttocks and thick legs.

Foreign experts believe that the normal balance of the human hip joint plays an important role in the height of the body. In fact, it is impossible for each of us to achieve left-right balance in our daily movements. Therefore, most people's hip joints are somewhat abnormally deformed. The two legs cannot be the same length, and the spine may also be slightly deformed.

As long as they consciously correct the abnormalities of the hip joint, most people can grow at least 2-5 cm taller.
