1. Drink more light tea

Scientific drinking of water can play a diluting role. Water can be called a fast-acting diluent. It is best to drink 200 ml of water after getting up in the morning, before three meals, one hour before meals and before going to bed. Drink light tea at 20℃ ~ 25℃, because its tension and density are close to blood and tissue cells, which can thin the blood immediately.

2. Eat more foods that inhibit platelet aggregation and prevent thrombosis

3. Eat more foods rich in flavonoids

The flavonoids in cauliflower are a good blood vessel cleanser that can effectively remove cholesterol deposited in blood vessels, prevent platelet aggregation, and reduce the occurrence of heart disease.

4. Eat more foods that lower blood sugar

Bitter melon is cool in nature and bitter in taste. It contains more bitter melon saponins, which can stimulate the release of insulin and has a very obvious effect of lowering blood sugar. Nianqing Baocha is rich in vitamin B1, vitamin C and various minerals, which can regulate blood lipids and enhance the body's immunity.

5. Eat more foods rich in lecithin

Soybeans are rich in lecithin, which can make the cholesterol particles in the blood smaller and keep them suspended, which helps lipids pass through the blood vessel walls to be used by tissues, thereby lowering blood cholesterol and improving blood viscosity.
