It turns out there are so many symptoms of vascular headache

Many people do not pay attention to dizziness symptoms in life, always thinking that it is nothing. But if they are suddenly accompanied by severe nausea and vomiting, they will be scared. If there is also a short-term decrease in vision or blurred vision, you must pay attention, because you may be suffering from vascular headache.

① Severe nausea and vomiting: These are often symptoms of high intracranial pressure, and are more common in tumors or meningitis. Sudden headache accompanied by nausea and vomiting, where the headache is relieved after vomiting, may be seen in vascular headache.

② Accompanied by obvious vertigo: Headache accompanied by obvious vertigo is often seen in posterior cranial fossa lesions, such as cerebellar tumors, cerebellopontine angle tumors, vertebral-basilar artery ischemia, cerebellar abscess, etc.

③Accompanied by visual impairment and other eye symptoms: Certain ocular headaches (such as glaucoma) and brain tumors in certain parts of the body may cause temporary vision loss or blurred vision; vertebral-basilar artery ischemia may also cause temporary vision loss; vascular headaches may be preceded by visual precursors, such as flickering scotoma, hemianopsia, etc.

④ Psychiatric symptoms: Psychiatric symptoms that appear in the early stages of the disease are of greater significance. For example, early onset of apathy or euphoria may be a frontal lobe tumor.

⑤ Autonomic nervous system symptoms: Headache is often accompanied by autonomic nervous system symptoms such as pale complexion, sweating, nausea, vomiting, and palpitations, which can be seen in vascular headaches.

⑥Accompanied by cranial nerve palsy and other neurological signs: Patients with neurological signs are often seen in brain tumors and various cerebrovascular diseases.
