Can an enlarged heart be cured?

An enlarged heart poses a great threat to patients, and there are many causes of this disease. Patients with hypertension or chronic malnutrition often experience symptoms of an enlarged heart. Patients should promptly strengthen their nutrition, pay attention to diet and health, quit smoking and drinking, and use conservative treatment, which will help stabilize the condition and improve the quality of life of patients.

An enlarged heart can be caused by a variety of reasons.

Heart enlargement can be caused by many reasons. Dilated cardiomyopathy is one of the reasons. Other reasons, such as hypertensive heart disease, can also cause heart enlargement. Cardiac enlargement is largely due to compensatory hypertrophy of the myocardium.

1. Viral myocarditis: In recent years, viral myocarditis has increased. The virus has an affinity for the myocardium. After myocarditis, myocardial fibrosis and hypertrophy will eventually lead to cardiomyopathy.

2. Allergic reaction: Some patients with this disease have increased anti-viral antibodies. There is often suppression of T-cell dysfunction, and it is believed that the disease is caused by the body's allergic reaction after viral infection.

3. Hypertension: About 10% of people with this disease have high blood pressure. However, increased blood pressure often occurs in heart failure. As heart failure is controlled, blood pressure decreases. Therefore, increased blood pressure is not the main factor of this disease.

4. Malnutrition: The incidence of this disease in patients with portal cirrhosis is higher than in the general population. The higher incidence rate among residents living in poverty suggests that this disease is related to nutrition. The lack of certain essential amino acids or trace elements in the body may be one of the factors causing the disease.

Treatment principles

1. Cold resistance training: such as wiping face and body with cold water.

2. Vaccine injection: such as bronchitis vaccine, inactivated influenza virus vaccine, attenuated measles vaccine, BCG, nuclear casein injection, human embryo injection, immune RNA and transfer factor, etc.

3. Actively treat underlying diseases: avoid polluted air and use antibiotics intermittently when cold waves hit or influenza is prevalent.

4. The food is rich in nutrients: including protein, amino acids, various trace elements and vitamins.

5. Traditional Chinese Medicine: This disease is characterized by excess superficiality and deficiency of the root cause. The treatment aims to strengthen the body's resistance, activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis, improve lung circulation.
