Washing powder formula and production method

Washing powder is very common in our daily life, and there are many types of washing powder with different components. Some laundry detergents can cause more damage to your hands, so you must be careful to choose the laundry detergent that suits you. When choosing laundry detergent, you should also consider its composition, or you can make your own suitable laundry detergent. The formula and production methods of washing powders of different properties are different. Please learn more about them.

1. There are five main types of laundry detergent ingredients

Active ingredients, detergent ingredients, buffer ingredients, synergistic ingredients, dispersant LBD-1, auxiliary ingredients.

2. Main Ingredients

Fabric fiber anti-scaling agents, anionic surfactants, non-ionic surfactants, water softeners, dirt suspending agents, enzymes, fluorescent agents and fragrances, etc.; inferior laundry detergents often contain harmful ingredients such as phosphorus, aluminum, and alkali. The role of surfactants in laundry detergent is to make the detergent soluble, emulsifying, penetrating, cleaning, sterilizing, softening, foaming, and preventing static electricity on clothes. Synthetic surfactants have long been found to have side effects such as making hands rougher, and are now considered a major public hazard that pollutes the environment. In addition, phosphorus and aluminum alkali, especially phosphorus, have been banned from use in laundry detergents in some developed countries. However, many chemical plants in China are still producing such products, especially some foreign-funded enterprises. Their domestic products cannot contain these harmful substances, but in China, they take advantage of the imperfect laws and people's weak environmental awareness to boldly add these harmful substances.

3. Active ingredients

The active ingredient is the main ingredient in the detergent. Detergent active ingredients are a class of substances called surfactants. Their function is to weaken the adhesion between stains and clothes. Under the action of washing water flow and mechanical forces such as hand rubbing or stirring of the washing machine, the stains are separated from the clothes, thereby achieving the purpose of cleaning the clothes.

4. Preparation method

Sodium alkyl aryl sulfonate 11%, trisodium phosphate 40%, sodium silicate 5%, sodium sulfate 35%, carboxymethyl cellulose 1%, sodium tallow fatty acid sulfate 8%, fluorescent agent 0.03%, flavor 0.05%, pigment.
