6. Grapes

It tastes sweet and is neutral in nature. It can replenish qi and blood, and make people strong. Raisins are especially good for replenishing strength. It is best to boil them together with longan meat and take them. It can benefit the liver and kidneys, strengthen the tendons and bones, and is used for palpitations, insomnia, fatigue, night sweats, etc. caused by deficiency of both qi and blood. It is also used for liver and kidney deficiency, soreness and weakness of the waist and knees. Take 500 grams of raisins, 10 grams of ginseng, soak in 800 ml of wine, seal for 10 days, take 30 ml to 50 ml each time, 1 to 2 times a day; eat fresh or take the juice and add a little honey, and take with warm water.
