It is not suitable to do morning exercises when the temperature is too low. If the temperature is too low in the winter morning, or the temperature drops suddenly, it is not suitable to do morning exercises, especially for the elderly and the weak. They have poor ability to regulate body temperature and are prone to illness due to cold. The elderly should also pay attention to keeping warm.
