Bedsores are also called pressure sores in daily life. This disease is mainly caused by cell necrosis due to long-term compression of local parts of the body. There are actually many ways to treat bedsores, but the treatment method needs to be chosen based on the patient's physical condition, and attention should also be paid to the patient's care.

1. Traditional Chinese Medicine

Eleven Square Wine

Functions and indications: promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, reducing swelling and relieving pain, astringing, antiseptic and promoting tissue regeneration.

Dosage and Administration: For external use, pack the wound with medicated wine gauze, and drip the medicated wine once a day. Can also be taken internally. When you find your skin flushing, pour 10 ml of Eleven-Fang Liquor into your hands and massage the affected area with your palms, two or three times a day. If blisters form locally, use a sterile syringe to suck out the fluid in the blisters and then apply Eleven-Fang Liquor, two or three times a day. If there are ulcers or exudation on the skin, you should immediately apply wet compresses with gauze soaked in 11-way wine, three or four times a day.

2. Local treatment

1 For local redness and swelling, apply lithospermum oil or apply a thin layer of purple anti-edema ointment.

2 In the early stage of ulceration, if the wound is superficial, apply Huadusan ointment or purple swelling-reducing ointment externally.

Dietary requirements

1. Give high-protein foods, such as crucian carp soup, black fish soup, milk, etc.

2. Eat more vegetable oils, such as peanut oil, sesame oil, soybean oil, rapeseed oil, etc., which have the effect of moisturizing the intestines and help relieve constipation.

3. Choose foods rich in plant fiber, such as whole grains, vegetables, fruits, beans, etc.

4. Eat foods rich in vitamin B1, such as whole grains, beans, lean meat, animal offal, fresh vegetables, etc.

5. Eat more fruit juice, fresh fruits, jam, honey, etc. to stimulate intestinal peristalsis.
