2. Mites like to live in cotton, linen and plush fabrics, so don't use plush toys, don't lay carpets, and don't use fabric sofas or fabric curtains. You can use leather sofas and blinds instead.

3. Since the bed is made of cotton and linen fabric, it accumulates a lot of dandruff shed from our human body, so a large number of mites will breed. According to statistics, there are at least several million mites living on an average bed. To get rid of bedding mites, you need to do two things:

4. Dust is also the breeding ground for mites, so removing indoor dust is important for removing and preventing mites. To reduce indoor dust, we must first simplify interior decoration and layout to reduce sanitary dead corners and dust. Secondly, you should often use the "wet operation" method to remove dust, that is, use water to do cleaning work, such as sprinkling water before sweeping the floor, wiping furniture with a wet rag, etc. The "wet operation" method can remove dust more thoroughly and effectively prevent mites from infecting our bodies and entering the respiratory tract with dust.

5. Do not store too much food, and do not store it for too long, because mites are also partial to food. Biscuits, milk powder and other foods are the breeding grounds of powder mites; and foods with high sugar content such as white sugar, flake sugar, maltose, syrup, etc. are the favorites of sweet mites. If they are accidentally allowed to enter the body, they will become a hidden danger for people to get sick.

6. Before using the mat for the first time, you must remove mites from it. You can use insecticides that are non-toxic to the human body to kill mites. Just apply the insecticide on the mat and then wash it. The second economical method is to wash the mat with boiling water first, and then expose it to the sun. This will kill the mites and their eggs that are not easy to see with the naked eye. During use, the mat should be washed and dried frequently with hot water.
