The causes of bloodshot nose in the morning can be mainly divided into local causes and systemic causes, but both are caused by disease factors, so no matter which one, everyone should seek treatment as soon as possible.

1. Local reasons include:

⑤ Malnutrition. Deficiency of vitamin C, K, P and calcium can lead to bleeding.

⑥Other factors such as poisoning by phosphorus, mercury, arsenic, benzene, rapid changes in air pressure when climbing, flying, and diving, and endocrine disorders in women during menstruation or pregnancy may cause nosebleeds.
