Some places sell special cockroach-killing powders, or high-efficiency broad-spectrum insecticide powders, which are usually available in grocery stores. The conventional method of using cockroach killing powder is to sprinkle the powder on places where cockroaches must pass and near their nests, and then wait for the cockroaches to come out and die. The effect is often not quick or thorough, especially for those gaps and dead corners that cannot be reached. Therefore, you can place the powder at the door of the cockroaches' home, and then use a blower or hair dryer to blow the powder into the cockroach nest. This will greatly improve the effect and speed up the killing process.

If no one lives in the room and there are no valuable items that are easily corroded, you can use sulfur smoke to kill the cockroaches. This is effective, fast, low-cost and saves trouble. Seal the gaps in the room, close the windows, light a fire pot in the middle of the house, then pour the sulfur powder into it, leave quickly, close the door, fumigate for more than 30 minutes, and then open for ventilation.
