Apply a wet towel to the back of the head

When you feel tired, soak a towel in cold water (use hot water in winter), wring it dry, and place it on the cerebellum (on the left and right sides of the occipital bone). Both sides can be cold-compressed at the same time or alternately applied left and right. Repeat the soaking of the towel for about 3 minutes each time. It can refresh the brain, improve reaction and thinking abilities, and also has a certain preventive and therapeutic effect on dizziness caused by high blood pressure.

Close your eyes lightly, press the upper eyelid with your middle finger and lift it up slightly. Do this 3 times in a row. Then use your middle finger to press the lower eye socket downward 3 times. After finishing, use the middle fingers of both hands to press from the outer corners of the eyes to the temples, and then press towards the ears through the temples, repeat 3-4 times. Finally, close your eyes and press lightly with your middle finger for 10 seconds. This is when you will feel that the eye fatigue is eliminated immediately.

Acupoint massage to fight drowsiness

When you feel sleepy, you can repeatedly rub the Zhongchong point (the center of the middle fingertip), alternating between your left and right hands. When you feel pain, you will gradually get rid of the drowsiness. Another method is: when you feel sleepy, use your middle finger or the end of a pencil to tap the middle of your left and right eyebrows for 2-3 minutes. It has the above-mentioned effects and can also eliminate eye fatigue.

Although overtime work is inevitable in our work, we also need to pay attention to the combination of work and rest.
