Some fruits will change color or even produce odor after using preservatives, which will have the opposite effect.

If the preservative exceeds the standard or is illegally added, it will cause great harm to the human body. It may cause gene damage, liver and kidney damage, and even chronic poisoning. "For example, if you eat food with excessive sulfur dioxide content, you may experience symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. In severe cases, it may cause acute poisoning or even cancer. At present, the preservation of fruits is still quite chaotic, and the market is mixed. Consumers still need to be vigilant.
