How to protect yourself from cold and frost in winter

How to protect yourself from cold and frost in winter

Maybe many of us do not pay attention to keeping warm in winter, which leads to ourselves being attacked by influenza virus and suffering from cold and fever. Some people often suffer from skin frostbite due to severe cold. We can apply some antifreeze cream, which is very effective. Let us popularize the methods of preventing cold and freezing in winter in detail.

1. The most common areas of frostbite: fingers, toes, back of hands, heels, auricles, nose tips, cheeks, etc. These parts are at the end or surface of the body, with slow blood flow, and are often exposed to the outside, with low local temperature, making them extremely susceptible to damage from cold.

Second, the most likely time for frostbite to occur:

The temperature at night in winter is very low, often below -8℃, and frostbite is easy to occur if walking at night.

3. Determine the degree of frostbite:

1. First-degree frostbite causes the skin to become pale and numb, and then become congested, swollen, itchy and painful.

2. In addition to redness and swelling of the skin, second-degree frostbite also causes blisters of varying sizes to appear. After the blisters rupture, yellow fluid oozes out. The skin will feel hot and the pain will be severe.

3? Third-degree frostbite causes local skin or limb necrosis, bloody blisters appear, the skin turns purple-brown, and local sensation disappears.

4. Field rescue measures for frostbite:

Principle: Get out of the low temperature environment as soon as possible and keep warm.

(1) For first-degree frostbite, you can actively move around and massage the frozen area to promote blood circulation. You can soak it in hot water (not too hot) and then apply frostbite cream.

(2) For patients with second- and third-degree frostbite, they should leave the low-temperature environment as soon as possible, keep warm, and promote rewarming of the limbs. Do not rub them with snow, roast them with fire, or soak them in warm water, otherwise the frostbite will be aggravated.

The above-mentioned methods of preventing cold and freezing in winter can help us achieve a very good antifreeze effect. At the same time, we must pay attention to wearing more clothes and keeping warm to prevent ourselves from being attacked by influenza viruses. We must pay attention to drinking more hot water in daily life, which can effectively reduce the chance of illness.
