Functions of various organs in the human body

Everyone knows that our body is made up of various organs. Only when each organ works normally can our body complete a day's work and rest. The functions of each organ in the body are different, but they are generally controlled by the brain, just like the brain is the commander-in-chief of our body organs, and other organs perform their respective duties. So what are the functions of each organ in the human body?

1. Pituitary gland: It is the headquarters of the human body, responsible for processing and transmitting various signals. Various hormones are secreted throughout the human body, which are involved in various physiological processes such as metabolism, growth, development and reproduction.

2. Thyroid gland: controls the rate of human metabolism, affects the life cycle, cell aging and replacement, and affects the rate of repair of damaged parts of the human body.

3. Pancreas: It is an important organ for the production of raw materials for the human body. It secretes various enzymes to digest and produce various nutrients needed by the human body.

4. Adrenal glands: control the body's emergency response. External pressure acts on the adrenal glands and then reflects throughout the body.

5. Pineal gland: It is the control switch for adjusting sleep rhythm and rest and recuperation.

6. Stomach: It is the raw material processing center, which processes various foods eaten by the human body.

7. Intestines: It is the place where food processed by the stomach is converted into small molecule nutrients.

8. Liver: It is the center of metabolism in the human body. The liver is the basic nutrient and waste disposal base of the human body. The occurrence and development of various diseases are closely related to the liver. Therefore, the recovery of various diseases must first consider supporting the liver function to return to normal.

9. Gallbladder: It is a storage organ that assists in fat digestion and serves as a reserve processing depot for raw materials. It has the function of contracting and storing bile.

10. Lungs: They are the oxygen supply center, providing the human body with the oxygen it relies on for survival.

11. Bone marrow: It is an important production base for blood cells and also a production base for raw materials needed for tissue and organ repair.

12. Heart: It ensures the directional flow of blood in the heart cavity and is the hub of the cardiovascular system, like a "power pump". Maintain blood circulation and endocrine function.

13. Kidney: It is an important excretory organ that excretes waste and maintains the stability of the body's internal environment.

14. Skin: It is the natural defense line of the human body and one of the channels for waste discharge.

15. Spine: It is a channel for information transmission and an important part of the human body's communication network.
