Is it better to take a bath with soap or shower gel?

This shows that soap contains fewer chemical ingredients than shower gel and is healthier.

Soaps are generally cheaper, and another big advantage is that they are very durable.

Washing with soap or shower gel is just a personal preference. If it is winter and your skin is too dry, it is best to use soap when bathing. Using shower gel in winter will cause dry skin. So everyone must make a clear distinction and give yourself the best care method to best maintain your skin. Shower gel is still suitable for washing in summer.
