The specific survival period of lung cancer patients is related to many factors, such as pathological type, disease stage, and whether active treatment is given, and is therefore uncertain.

1. Pathological types <br/>Lung cancer includes small cell lung cancer and non-small cell lung cancer. Small cell lung cancer is highly malignant and invasive, and lymphatic or blood metastasis can occur in the early stage. The survival period is limited. If not treated in time, the natural survival period is 1 to 2 years. Non-small cell lung cancer includes adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and carcinosarcoma. It develops slowly.
