How to choose sunglasses

When the weather is hot or the sun is shining brightly, you should pay special attention to the prevention of ultraviolet rays. In sunny weather, many people will wear sunglasses to prevent ultraviolet rays from directly shining on our eyes. But when choosing sunglasses, have you paid attention to the correct method and how to choose? Check out the following methods!

1. First observe whether there are scratches, impurities, bubbles, or streaks on the lens, and check the outer packaging of the sunglasses. Regular sunglasses should be marked with the product name, color, diameter, quality level, manufacturer name, and trademark. Only sunglasses with UVA, UVB protection, and CE marks on the mirror or tag can ensure that a certain amount of ultraviolet rays are blocked.

2. When buying sunglasses, try putting them on to see if you feel dizzy or have a headache. There are some myopia sunglasses with marked degrees on the market. However, because indicators such as pupil distance vary from person to person, consumers are advised not to choose this type of sunglasses without the guidance of professionals.

3. Hold the two corners of the sunglasses towards the fluorescent lamp and let the reflective strip of the mirror roll smoothly. If you find that the fluorescent light reflected by the mirror appears wavy or distorted, it proves that the lens is uneven and such a mirror will damage your eyesight.

4. The lenses should be flat and transparent. Sunglass lenses are made of glass and resin, and the best sunglass lenses should be polarized lenses. It is made of synthetic resin that is as light and precise as contact lenses. It is composed of seven layers of thin sheets. The outermost two layers are super hard wear-resistant layers; the second and sixth layers are shatterproof reinforcement layers; the third and fifth layers are UV filtering layers, and the middle layer is a polarizing filter layer. Polarized lenses can effectively filter out reflected light and harmful ultraviolet rays, and have functions such as anti-shatter and anti-wear. They are the most popular sunglasses.

The above are some methods and technical issues about choosing sunglasses. I hope everyone can pay attention to the understanding of these common sense, because the sunglasses selected in this way are more qualified and can help you resist ultraviolet radiation and other problems and protect yourself better.
