How to wash off oil stains on clothes

It is common for children to get oil stains on their clothes when eating. What bothers mothers is how to clean the oil stains on clothes. The same washing method as other clothes cannot completely clean the oil stains. So how can the oil stains be washed off? Mothers are also very concerned about this issue. Let’s learn about it together below.

1. Animal and plant oil stains are common stains on clothing and are also a type of polar liquid stain. This type of stain should be removed by wiping or brushing with organic solvents such as solvent gasoline, tetrachloroethylene, etc. When scrubbing, use a towel or cotton cloth to absorb the stain solution wiped off in time to remove it from the surface of the clothes. Prevent some stains from remaining on the surface of clothes after the solution evaporates, which will leave marks on the surface of clothes.

2. When clothes are contaminated by animal and plant oils, squeeze some toothpaste on the stain, rub it gently several times, and then rub it with clean water, and the oil stain can be removed.

3. If a fur coat is stained with oil, sprinkle some raw flour on the stain and then use a brown brush to rub along the fur until the stain is removed. Then, use a rattan stick or something similar to beat the wool surface to remove excess powder and make the wool fluffy and clean.

4. If the ski jacket is stained with oil, use cold water to mix a little flour into a paste and apply it to the oil stain. After a few hours, use a brush dipped in water to brush off the powder and the oil stain will disappear.

5. Bread can remove oil stains from clothes. If your clothes are stained with oil during a meal, you can gently rub them with fresh white bread to remove the oil stains.

After mothers learn the above tips, they will have a good solution to the oil stains on clothes. However, since children's skin is tender, mothers can wash the clothes again with softener after using the above methods. It is also recommended that mothers tie a small apron around their children's collars so that they don't have to worry about their children dropping food on their clothes while eating.
