Repeat this movement until the entire scalp has been stretched. Step 7 The last step is to "comb your hair" with your fingertips: bend the ten fingers of both hands slightly, and comb your hair from the hairline on the forehead to the back of the head, rubbing your scalp while combing your hair. Repeat this movement at least 10 times.
