How to treat blue veins

How to treat blue veins

In daily life, many people have bulging blue veins on their arms or backs of their hands. These so-called "blue veins" are human blood vessels that are under the skin but visible. Veins are the blood vessels that send blood back to the heart. Experts believe that if a person's blue veins are abnormally protruding, it means that there is stagnation in many parts of the human body. At this time, the flow of blood will be obstructed, and the pressure will be very high. So, in this case, how should it be treated?

The Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine says: "The meridians determine life and death and regulate deficiency and excess, and they must be unobstructed." Therefore, protruding blue veins are a sign of sub-health in the human body and can even cause serious illness. For example, the blue veins on the hands, if they are on the back of the hands, indicate stagnation in the waist and back, and often cause back pain; if there are blue veins on the fingers, it indicates gastrointestinal stagnation and indigestion, and in adults it also reflects insufficient blood supply to the cerebral vessels; if there are blue veins on the palms, it also indicates gastrointestinal stagnation, blood viscosity, high blood pressure, and physical weakness.

Reduce unnecessary physical labor or physical exercise, especially heavy physical work, to reduce the pressure on blood transportation in the hands. When you feel tired, don't force yourself. Pay attention to the combination of work and rest, rest more, avoid fatigue and mental tension, and maintain a calm mental state. When you have nothing to do, lift your hands up, don't let them hang down, so as to avoid insufficient power for blood to return to the heart and squeeze the veins. Blue veins often become more serious when there is sufficient infrared light, so avoid places where the hands are exposed to the sun for a long time or heat sources such as fire to prevent heat from reaching your hands. Let the body and mind be in a comfortable and harmonious state. Do some hand massage, kneading, etc. to help relax your hands and dredge the hand meridians. Apply cooling oil to the raised areas of the veins on your hands to help blood circulation, and be careful not to cause skin allergies. Reduce drinking, eat less potatoes, fried foods and meat, eat more vegetables, fruits and whole grains to detoxify, so as to avoid high cholesterol, increased blood lipids and blood pressure, and blockage of blood vessels. Eat some foods that soften blood vessels, cleanse the intestines and detoxify, such as black fungus, shiitake mushrooms, corn, tomatoes, apples, kelp, walnuts, dates, eggplants, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, papayas, grapefruits, wolfberries, poria cocos, carrots, etc.

By massaging the abdomen you can improve your physical fitness, replenish qi and increase the strength of the dantian. Do it for one hour a day, and you can even take a short nap afterward.

Today's life is fast-paced, so many people's work is very tiring. It is also for this reason that many people have blue veins on their hands, and even on their arms. Therefore, many people are very afraid of this situation. They generally think that they are very difficult to recover or cannot be recovered. But in fact, this worry is unnecessary. As long as you persist, this situation can be recovered.
